What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Klarna, and Stripe. All prices are shown in US dollars and all orders will be billed in USD.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We move fast! Please email hello@by-marylo.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't receive one, please reach out to our team at hello@by-marylo.com.

How long does shipping take?

Our typical processing time is 2–5 business days. Once shipped, transit time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. 🌍

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping + a free gift on all orders over $250! 🎁

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it.

Please contact us at hello@by-marylo.com as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to cover lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We have a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@by-marylo.com to request a return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to ship your item. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted. You'll have 10 days to complete the return once the process begins. If the return is not completed within 10 days, the refund request will be denied.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer at this time.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Email hello@by-marylo.com to request and confirm an exchange. We'll provide instructions from there. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is not returned to us within 10 days of the requested exchange date and the item has sold out, store credit will be issued instead.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, please reach out.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we'll make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide with specific fit specifications. If you need extra help, email info@by-marylo.com and we'll assist you!
