Shipping policy

Each order is subject to the availability of the product. In the event that any item is unavailable, our team will reach out, and you will receive a full refund. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with tracking.

Our typical processing time for shipments is between 2 to 5 business days. Signature upon delivery is not required. 

Please note: We do not cover lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. Additionally, if you have not received your package after it has been marked delivered, please get in contact with hello@by-marylo.com as soon as possible.
